I bought this car as a project that someone had started a little over a year ago. It is a 1972 Chevelle super sport clone. When I bought the car it was partially disassembled. I went ahead and took the body off the frame and pressure washed the frame and under side of the car and sprayed both with por15. I set the body back on the frame and it has a couple of bolts in it now. I have a new body mount kit that goes with the car but it is a red urethane set and I didn't want the mount kit to get over spray on it when the car got painted so it is still in the box. The car had a good bit of bare metal on it so I put 2 coats of primer on the outside of the car in case it rained during transporting. It is not a finished product just to keep it from getting wet, I have not put any bondo in the car so you can see the rust it has. I purchased a 1972 El Camino with a 402 V-8, turbo 400, and a 12 bolt rear differential. I moved that whole drive train to this car. I don't know anything about the condition of the drive train I did crank the engine and let it run 2 or 3 seconds before I pulled it out of the other car and it did have some noise in it. I would recommend a complete rebuild. The car has been assembled for transport only (just enough bolts to travel on a trailer).This car does not run and it will take some work to make a driver out of it. It does come with correct front bucket seats for this body style and the rear seat. I have a new door panel set for the car. I have new o.e. style chrome valve covers and a new chrome breather. It comes with a new headliner kit also. The car comes with a column shift and floor shift column so you can take it back either way. I have also purchased new brake and fuel line kits for the car that go with it. It has new brakes on the rear and a new disc brake conversion kit on the front. It also comes with a set of used factory ss wheels. The hood is a new cowl hood installed for pictures and deck lid is new also. The car had a vinyl top so it has vinyl top rust (around windows and few other spots). The worst rust I've seen on the car is around the windshield. It has small rusty spots behind both rear tires down low, and fender tips. It comes with new front fender tips. There is a little rust around the trunk but not in the weather strip lip. The trunk pan and floor pans are some of the best I've seen and only have some minor pin holes to repair. The car comes with a lot of new parts and is a good project car. I urethaned the front and back glass and window trim in for transporting. All of the other windows are in the car so we will be able to put all the parts inside the car. I hate to not be able to finish the car but with work I have no free time and I hate to see it just sit when someone could be enjoying it. There are no titles in Al. on vehicle 1975 and older so the car comes with a bill of sale only. It didn't run when I bought it so I never registered it. So bill of sale ONLY. I just want everyone on the same page, I want a satisfied buyer. It has rust around both windows including pillars and some other spots. This is typical for these cars but I want everyone aware, it hasn't seemed to concern anyone that I've talked to but again I want a satisfied buyer. Also I have no way of shipping the car it is local pickup only at buyers expense. Thanks David
