Vehicle Detail

This auction is for my 1967 Chevrolet Camaro. VIN shows that this is a base model Camaro, although many parts have been installed to make it look like a Super Sport. Here are some of the details: Super Sport Hood Front spoiler Rear Spoiler Turbo 350 Automatic Transmission with shift kit, transmission leaks from seal when the car sits, seems to be a common problem with turbo 350's. Stall converter - Sorry but I can not remember what size stall 385 Fast Burn Crate Motor rated at 385 horsepower & 385 lb.-ft of torque -Aluminum Fast Burn Heads with latest in cylinder head technology, with exclusive Fast Burn combustion chamber design -Cylinder Heads accept center bolt or regular old style Chevy small block valve cover bolt styles -Aluminum dual plane intake manifold -ZZ4 Short Block -Forged steel crankshaft -Hypereutectic pistons -Steel hydraulic roller cam Barry Grant Speed Demon 750 Carburetor (matched Carb for 385 Fast Burn) - This is the carb specified by Barry Grant & Jegs for this crate motor, although it seems to run rich and will foul plugs after a while. It currently has iridium plugs, which I usually replace once a year. I was planning to put in electronic fuel injection if I kept the car. Cast Iron water pump Eldebrock Air Cleaner 3/4" - Hooker Competition Headers 3" Flowmaster dual exhaust Polished aluminum tall valve covers Polished aluminum high output alternator March 452 Polished Aluminum Saginaw Power Steering Pump March polished aluminum brackets March polished aluminum pulleys MSD Distributor MSD 6AL Ignition Control Box (Mounted under dash inside car) Chevrolet Performance Polished Aluminum Spark Plug Wire Separators (Mounted above headers) Be Cool Aluminum Radiator Dual high output electric puller fans 100 Micron Fuel Filter (Mounted near gas tank) Magna Cool Heater Hoses Magna Cool Radiator Hoses Front Disc Brakes & rear drum Stock 10 bolt limited slip rear end, gear ratio believed to be 373, but I am not positive, I have never counted the teeth. Mono-leaf suspension with air shocks Weld racing polished aluminum wheels Tires all have less than 1,000 miles on them Chevrolet Bow-tie Exterior Mirrors Rear side glass windows were replaced (previous owner had roses & unicorns engraved in them) Emblems are for a 1968 Camaro (I liked them better than the 67 emblems) Interior carpet, upholstery, headliner, & rear deck was redone a couple years ago and is still like new, black in color. New GM seat belts were also installed (2 front & 3 rear) at that time. B&M Hammer Shifter Here are the bad things about the car: -Odometer reads 63471,which probably exceeds mechanical limits. -The rear spoiler does have a mark on it from something leaning on the car. -The paint near the weather stripping on the trunk has cracked & peeling, but is not visible unless trunk is open. -Transmission does leak from seal when the car sits -The door glass windows do have a couple scratches and the corners are marked up from shutting the door -The chrome pillar between the side windows does have some rust on it. -Not much on this car is original -There is a Kenwood CD Changer installed in the car, but it is missing the CD cartridge. I have always garage kept this car. This car has never been used as a daily driver, just a weekend toy, and taken to shows. I have clear Virginia title in hand. This car is a real head turner, if they don't see you coming, they will hear you coming with the throaty Flowmaster exhaust and cam. This car looks and runs good. Buyers are more than welcome to come look at the car here in Strasburg, Virginia. The car will be on display during the Route 11 Crawl August 9th here in Strasburg. It is also for sale locally and I reserve the right to end the auction at any point. All of the pictures were taken on August 1, 2014. Buyer is responsible for shipping or picking up the vehicle. I do not need help selling this car, if the car does not sell I will keep it. Here is a video walking around the Camaro, this video was taken August 3, 2014. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TpyyMme7Nac Here is a video of the Camaro running, sorry camera does not do good with loud noise, so sound is not great. http://youtu.be/Vb5wRyL-YL4 Please feel free to email me if you have any questions, or would like me to send you more pictures. Update: I've been asked how many miles on the motor, I would estimate somewhere between 3,000-4,000 miles. I found the cartridge for the Kenwood CD changer and will be included. I also have an extra set of rear side windows that are engraved with roses/unicorns that are included, please send me a message if you would like to see a picture of them.
