This car has been my wife's car and dwells mostly in the garage, never driven in snow so it gets little use. I have always pampered this car with pure synthetic oil, it has never been subjected to animals, kids or salt. What the car needs is someone who has the time to fix the small items I listed and to drive it regularly. The mechatronix was rebuilt along with new pan, gasket, filters and synthetic BMW fluids. Dealer recommends an OEM reprogram because the transmission computer learns as you drive, albeit I have not brought it in for this. Also included with the car are the new valve cover gaskets (full set), 1 new pair of rotors (I accidentally ordered these when I meant to get them for my Mercedes so I kept them.) A full set of plugs to in stall when gaskets are installed. There is an intermittent problem with the RDC, parking sensors. I know it is a shorting wire and will strive to correct.
