1974 AMC Javelin 2Dr, Hardtop. Southwest Texas Car purchased from original owner in El Paso, Texas. Car has been in El Paso since new. Recently restored with new paint, new upholstory, rebuilt engine/transmission. Currently running excellent with rebuilt 304 cu. in. but also have original, numbers matching, rebuilt 360 cubic inch. This original engine (360) is included as part of the auction item, as no additional cost. 727 Automatic transmission with 2800 Stall Converter. Factory power disc brakes and power steering. Factory air conditioner car. A/C not currently installed but have all original components, (compressor, brackets, pulleys, hoses, etc). All to be included in sale. New tires on original AMC Ralley Wheels. New exhaust system. Factory luggage rack. Rear air spoiler. Car was originally Green, repainted Cobalt Yellow. Factory spare tire and jack in trunk. No rust on this car. No rust repairs. approximately 800 miles driven since restoration. Minor paint blistering on rear lower quarter panel appears to be from paint prep.Vehicle runs and drives excellent. Description was made as best possible.
