My stepfather bought this cycle new at Logue Motor sports July 1979 to chase his free flight model air planes at the meets. He was 53 years old and the only person to operate this cycle that I can remember. He was meticulous about everything he owned. This cycle was no exception,never was it ran in the woods, mud or rain. The last time it was used was sometime in 1987. He had drained it,removed the carb and battery and stored it away in a heated storeroom in the machine shop shortly after the tag ran out. 24 years later I found it covered in a corner of the shop and asked him what he was going to do with it, well it hasn't run in 20 some odd years so I guess Ill sell it to you,Ha Ha. I dug it out and loaded it in my pickup and brought it to Florida. A friend of mine owns a bike shop and took it to be repaired. The next day he calls me and tells me to come and get it ,it runs like new,only needed service and a new battery. I set the trip odometer then and to date it has only gone 23.4 miles since on paved streets.Other than the plug, air filter and battery it is all original right down to the tires that are in great shape,hold air for months,no rot. I have the tool kit ,all keys, owner manual and the original title. Herb passed away 2yrs ago and being that I'm not going to use the cycle it would be best to sell it. I took lots of pics so you can see what your getting.I just washed it and drove it 2.1 miles with no problems.Thank you for looking.
