I bought this car from an individual who performed a complete 7 year rotisserie restoration. All systems new or completely rebuilt, all new wiring, all new top mechanism and top, overhauled engine, transmission, brakes and lines, all suspension parts, new steering box and pump, new alternator, light custom luxury interior, no rust anywhere, all new chrome, new tires, new weather stripping, new light lenses, I have driven the car on a couple of trips to NC and back to NY and it is like driving a new car. The all new exhaust has a mellow tone because the resonators were not replaced. While his work thru out was excellent, his paint work was mediocre. He used a single stage paint in his shop and almost no fillers. He mig welded on lower door panels and they are not perfect on the lower crimp edge. Also, when you look down the sides, in just the right light, you will see some anomolies or bulls eyes in the paint. The top works perfectly with a four toggle switch system hidden in the arm rest. I never fear that the top will not come up or down. All the windows fit tightly and roll up and down well. The heating system works well. I would not be affraid to drive this car accross country so come and get it and drive it home. As you can see in the pictures, this is an amazing example of one of the most collectable cars and one you can use and enjoy.Look at my feed back and see what my customers say about the cars I sold them.
