The paint is a high gloss, 2 stage base coat/clear coat professional paint job that is stunning in person. The body of the car has undergone a complete, full blown, one off custom professional rebuilding, restoration and upgrading. It is extremely clean and highly detailed inside and out… If you are interested, I can send you a fototime album picture link with over 100 pictures and a video. Just ask seller a question. Look at my feedback, whenever I sell something on Ebay I try to be as detailed as I can giving you a factual description to the best of my knowledge. I may add a Buy it Now price during the auction and I will reserve the right to end auction early if necessary. If you are serious, you should bid early, don’t wait till the end, as you just might miss it! Please note - most of my higher end auctions never last the full ebay listing time.... so if you are serious about trying to bid to buy this car, you need to go ahead and bid, don’t wait around to see what happens, because you just might miss it. Next thing you know it will still be on your watch list with auction ended and will be in someone else's garage. The car does have a clear Georgia Title and it is certainly clear of any liens. Terms of Sale An initial $1,000 non refundable deposit by paypal is required within 24 hours of auction end, balance to be paid in full within 3 days of auction end. Any certified checks will have to fully clear all banks prior to new owner taking possession. Seller warrants to Buyer it has good and marketable title to said property, full authority to sell and transfer said property, and that said property will be sold free of all liens, encumbrances, liabilities and adverse claims of every nature and description whatsoever. Seller has no knowledge of any hidden defects in and to the Vehicle, and believes to the best of the Seller's knowledge that the Vehicle being sold is in good operating condition. Said Vehicle is sold in "as is" condition with any remaining factory warranty and where presently located with no guarantees, no guarantees to authenticity, no buy backs, or no recourse. Buyer to pay all taxes, fees and transportation costs. ****Please understand you are bidding TO BUY, your ARE NOT bidding on the opportunity to be the first looker. If you end up winning the auction provided the reserve is met, you ARE expected to pay for the car AS IS, where is, NO EXCEPTIONS!!! ****This is an EBAY auction and will be expected to be fully executed provided the reserve is met. Please do any and ALL your diligence PRIOR to bidding. If you want to come see it PRIOR to the auction end, please do so and I would encourage you to do that if possible. If you need your spouse or “significant others” approval prior to purchasing, please get that prior to bidding. Thanks for looking and best of luck and have FUN bidding to BUY! If I add a buy it now price and you hit the Buy It Now button, the CAR IS YOURS and you will be expected to make full payment ASAP within 48 hours!!!
