Here we have an auction for a 1967 Ford Mustang Fastback restoration project. This is an original A Code 289 4BBL 4 Speed Manual Transmission Fastback that needs a full and complete restoration. This was a factory deluxe interior with buckets and console, 3.00 ratio rear end ratio, drum brakes and manual steering. The original color was Burnt Amber. This has been sitting for 25+ years, This includes what is shown, has the factory V8 rear with axles and centersection, no motor or transmission, it does have the factory manual trans clutch and brake pedal assembly still in it and was a rare factory tinted glass car. This is located in Central NJ (Hightstown) for local pickup or inspection. There are not many 1967 Fastback project cars out there anymore, This is a factory original fastback both great to use as a conversion for a Coupe to Fastback or as a restoration for what it is being a unique A code Non GT 4bbl 4 speed car. This has the original door data plate, both apron numbers are present and very legible and it has a clear and clean NJ title. Plenty more pictures available upon request. The A codes normally came with the 8" so at some point this was upgraded to a factory Ford 9 Inch Housing.
