Vehicle Detail
There are some who will see this as a resto, and then there are others who will seek this as a rider. I was hoping to one day resto her to better than factory; then life happened. I had a G body 30 years ago and I just loved that car. Since then I have probably had 50 cars (no exaggeration) and my Hurst Old Cutlass still ranks number one and holds a special place in my heart. That said when the opportunity availed to secure this G body Chevy, I made space for her in the garage. Since then life has twisted turned and tested us to no end. That is why I am passing the torch to you. Since I don’t know whether you are resto or rider category let me tell you what I know assuming you are resto. Car has 82k on the clock and all evidence of tracing her history says it is true. History trace also says this car was not born with a 350. I don’t have a trunk key. At least none of them want to trip the lock so it will open. The air does not work but so what, she has T tops. Who needs air with T tops?? She is also going to need paint but not before that; body work which is visible in the photos. She has a good heart. In fact she has a very strong heart. Hearing it beat is what got me in the first place. All four tires have good rubber and a most important issue; the frame, also good. There is some very minor surface rust which has been arrested. The interior overall is in good condition. Wear & tear is visible in photos. If you have questions, feel free to ask. Do us a favor and don’t bid if you don’t intend to buy. Reserve is low enough that she will be going to a new home.
