Vehicle Detail
This is a 1981 Honda CB750C with only 10,088 miles on the odometer! (Mileage may increase slightly, bike is regularly ridden) Mechanically the bike is solid with fresh fluids including engine oil, fork oil, and brake fluid. The bike starts up immediately and runs smoothly. The carburetors have been rebuilt with all new seals, diaphragms, and accelerator pump. The bike has had the following aftermarket performance parts installed:Progressive brand front fork springsAftermarket sport rear suspensionJet kit (Suspect installeK&N Performance pod style air filtersPCV vented to atmosphereAftermarket drag style handlebarsLED front blinkersAftermarket Comfort seatCenter standNew locking gas capNew front brake reservoir Their are no known mechanical issues other than the tires will need to be replaced soon. They have plenty of tread, but are starting to show signs of dry cracking on one side wall. I have the following original parts for the bike:Front fork springsRear passenger grab bar The following original parts are not present:SeatHandlebarsRight side cover (Have the left side/other was lost on a long ride)Front turn signal assemblyStock air box/filter I am the third owner of the bike. The second owner purchased the bike from a gentleman who tuned these bikes. I can only guess that is who engraved "Andrew's Racing" into one of the cooling fins on the engine and installed the jet kit. While in my possession the carbs were completely rebuilt, the fluids were changed, and the front brake reservoir was changed. The bike runs and rides great, and even sounds great. It is very comfortable to ride even at highways speeds. I ride this bike to work on the Interstate and it is dead smooth at 60MPH.
