55,850 Original Miles!!Yes, this is an original, second owner, 1996 Chevrolet Silverado Pick Up in excellent condition. It has automatic transmission and the big, healthy Vortec 5.7L engine. This truck has had an easy life. The first owner used it for a business and basically drove it back and forth to the post office. I have owned it for approximately one year and have added only 2000 easy miles to it. Here are the details:Glass: All glass is nearly perfect. No stars or cracks to the front window. Hood and grille: almost no rock chips or dings, hood opens and closes without difficultyUnder the Hood: engine runs perfectly, extremely strong, NO leaks, no misses, no modifications, recent professional replacement of intake gasket due to a small water leak. No power steering leak. Alternator and battery new from Jan. 2013. Air Conditioning: Cold as ICE, no issues, fan blows on all speeds. All knobs and buttons work correct. One interior vent is missing the thing that directs the flow, see photo. Interior: Cloth seats with minimal wear. Slight wear noted on drivers seat, see photo. Carpet clean, NO burns, NEVER any smoking in this vehicle. Dash and door panels not cracked. Sony aftermarket stereo. Original cassette, AM/FM tuner is included and does work; missing some knobs, see photo. Headliner not sagging, some heat issue on covering of visors, see photo. AC vent issue mentioned above and part of plastic latch for console is broken off, see photo. Rear seat folds up or down, jack etc under rear seat, all original and clean. Original door remotes included. Power windows, power locks, cruise, tilt, cargo light. Hood release lever is broken from the wall but you can still release the hood with it.Bed has new spray-in bed liner in last 2 years, very nice condition. Bumpers: chrome with no dents. Small scuff on right front bumper trim and fender trim, see photo.Body: No body work that I am aware of, no signs of major repairs. There are some small dings and scratches that you would expect to see for a truck this age but there is NO hint of rust anywhere. The factory red paint still has lots of life left in it. The biggest dent is above the drivers side, rear of the cab, see photo. Worst scratch is on the tail gate, see photos. The tail gate opens and closes freely.Tires: Need replaced ASAP. I considered adding new tires, but I would have only gotten cheap ones and that may not suit you as the buyer. I have title in hand. I prefer cashier's check or wire transfer or cash.
