I purchased this car from West Coast Classics over 2 1/2 years ago because it was a Black Plate that was virtually rust free; engine and transmission had been rebuilt (verified by 3 different mechanics here in Knoxville TN after purchase). I had the front end rebuilt top and bottom. Also, I had it repainted. I replaced the following: door panels, floor mats, door sill plates, outside mirrors, seat side moldings, transmission oil pan (aluminum), windshield trim, transmission oil cooler lines, radiator hoses, water pump, oil sending unit, rocker panel moldings, new shocks, and put on monte carlo bar and electronic ignition for reliability. All gauges, turn signals, wipers and lights work as they should. The only issues on the car are: original AM radio quit working, there is a bad place on hood that does not show up on pics, and it has an extremely small transmission pan leak (typical C4) but is so small it does not bother me. This is an extremely clean black plate coupe that I've put a lot of money into. It runs and drives great (I drive it almost every week 10 or 20 miles), is reliable and is so clean it is a head turner. I had undercarriage blacked out due to overspray when car was painted; it does not have any spray on crap to hide anything. I invite anyone to come and inspect; pull up carpet and remove backseat to see how clean this car is. I can take pics on anything you want and email them to you. As usual, this car is being sold as is, no warranty. If interested, don't take my word for it, come see and inspect for yourself.
