2001 NISSAN ALTIMA GXE (LIMITED EDITION PACKAGE) PEARL WHITE / 4 CYLINDER / 5 SPEED / 2 OWNER - CLEAN AUTOCHECK Up for auction is a nice Altima that is a local Nissan dealer trade-in. This Altima drives amazing and does not feel like a higher mileage car. I buy a lot of the 98-01 Altima generation models and feel this is one of the best cars made of its time. This is a timing chain driven car so no need to to worry about a broken timing belt ruining your motor or costly timing belt replacement. There are no common major failures with this generation 2.4L 4 cylinder motor. This manual transmission model of the Altima's get awesome MPGs with excellent acceleration. I have driven this Nissan a few miles and can tell you the following: It drives straight down the road free of vibrations, the alignment is good, no strut noises, no exhaust leaks. There are no check engine lights on at this time, no leaks, no over heating, no smoking. The clutch grabs great and the transmission shifts smooth. All power options are in working order with exception to the A/C. We have not diagnosed the A/C system, it could be as simple as a recharge or it may need a system part. I have noted that all 4 tires are in new condition with about 85% good tread. The front brakes are newer so this Altima stops excellent. The engine fluids are full and there is no oil or antifreeze contamination. Options in this Limited Edition Altima GXE include: Power windows, Locks, Mirrors, Power drivers seat, Folding rear seats, Pearl white paint option, 2 working keys and keyless entry fobs. A spare tire, jack, and owner manual are included. The body is in Great shape considering the miles. There are no signs of repaint, bondo, or dents. I would like to note there is a very slight rust bubble on the drivers rear lower rocker panel as seen in the pics. There is also a piece of the front lower passenger bumper missing as seen in the pics. The interior is in nice shape and is free of odors, rips, or damage. This Altima has been well cared for from what we can see. It is a great driver and will run for many more miles with proper maintenance. I am a retail auto dealer and can provide temporary tags with valid drivers license and insurance for a $10 fee. I do not charge paper work fees or Ebay fees as many dealers on Ebay do - the final auction price all you pay. This vehicle is being sold AS-IS with no warranties implied. Check engine lights are not guaranteed with AS-IS cars as they can come on at any time on higher mileage vehicles.
