ok here it is every collector car persons dream come true. a 1970 Chevrolet chevelle ss 396 true 4spd bench seat car original code 75 red with red interior that is a true barn find.not a clone or made up car owned by the same man since early 1980. this car was bought new at paul bailey Chevrolet in angier nc as noted on the build sheet and the deck lid of the car. it is a rust free north Carolina car has all original sheet metal as well as super nice floor pans and interior as well as its complete matching numbers motor ,transmission,and rear end .the owner done a few things to the car since he had it one was the master cylinder went bad and he replaced it .the original one is in a box in the trunk and needs a rebuild as well as he has took out the munci shifter and replaced it with a hurst. which I cant say I blame him as the munci shifters was bad about crossing up and giving problems. he is looking for the original shifter but as for now I can say I don't have it also the tires is not original. he has put aftermarket gauges on the car for driving purposes back in the day but the original gauges do work. the car does need a restoration but is all there to work with or just a good paint job and clean up would really help mostly just needs cosmetic stuff. also forgot to mention the original valve covers is in the trunk as well .he liked the style that is currently on the car why I don't know but the original ones is there .as for the car though you can crank it up and ride anywere you want to go car runs good and drives very tight has never been modified in the suspension or drivetrain .you are buying and incredible piece of history that you don't even see every day or even run across anymore as for most of these cars like this don't even hardy exist anymore that hasn't been completely restored even at the car auctions you can by them but someone else has done the work by this car to know you have a untouched one that you can fix yourself or drive. that means a bunch ecspecially finding a untouched one .the car will come with the original build sheet as well that can be seen perfectly still glued on the back of the drivers door panel. as for the second one under the gas flap I haven't pulled down the gas tank to look yet but there could be one. don't miss this opportunity as these cars sell quick and don't never last long call chris with questions or to buy it now 336-416-5631 thanks .
