1974 CHEVELLE MALIBU CLASSIC LANDAU COUPE 350 V8 LM1 4 BBL - NO RESERVE! We are extremely proud to present for your kind consideration an exceptional unadulterated Chevrolet Chevelle, freshly re-commissioned after having been stored in the small desert community of Mesquite, Nevada. The impressive Malibu Classic Landau edition features fresh professional two stage re-paint to original Medium Red (paint code 74). The body is super straight and ding free, with zero rust. Front bumper is the optional deluxe example with guards and impact strips. New correct width color coordinated side body moldings and factory duplicated pin stripes compliment the lustrous paintwork. Note that the correct original hood ornament is in place, which is indeed a rarity! A new black vinyl top has been fitted, as per the original. The highly desirable optional LM1 big block 350 CID V8 has four barrel carburetor and is coupled to Turbo Hydra-matic automatic transmission. With optional dual exhaust, the performance is smooth and powerful. The car easily negotiates the speed bumps at the gated entry golf course where now kept, with no complaints. Instrumentation package includes ammeter, water temperature gauge, and oil pressure gauge, all of which work. Factory air conditioning is functioning properly, with a replacement of the original compressor. Volume of air is excellent and very cold! Remote control outside rear view mirror functions properly. Center dome light works. Original AM push button radio works. Molded full foam bench seat with fold down center arm rest is comfortable and adjusts forward/back correctly.
