1969 TRIUMPH CHOPPER, TIGER; TR-6 650 cc with 5-Speed This is a cool chopper with all of the hard work done and is ready for it’s final assembly/tune up/ start up. I have over $6000 invested in the bike using many new parts but must let it go to the highest bidder. Triumph 650 cc engine with single polished Amal carburetor & custom hexagon oil tank. Completely overhauled, including going through its bottom end. Its pistons/ cylinders are high compression, over stock/ bored 0.040”; fitted with new pistons & rings. Its head is completely rebuilt as well with new valves, guides & push rods. To handle the 1972-1976, 5-speed transmission, it is fitted with new Barnett clutch set up. The Exhaust pipes have custom clamps with extra large heat sink fins, on its crossed over , one sides pipes with slashed cut ends. The frame is an original but has no serial numbers since it was customized/ modified with its neck raked 45 degrees, fabricated heavy duty side stand, with double down tubes. Its rigid rear end is also modified/stretch of 5.5 “. All modifications are fully welded & molded. Front end: Is an old style, 12” over girder front end with pull back handle bar, raised/ extended 9”, drag bars new grips with new controls. Front wheel is a 19” new rim that was straight laced onto a chromed spool, fitted with an Avon-Speed Master with tube, 2.75 x 19. Rear Wheels is a new chrome 16” rear wheel, laced onto a chromed original Triumph brake drum/ cover plate with new brake shoes and a new 5.10 x 16, Cheng Shing-Super High Speed tire. Rear Fender is flat with a bobbed tail/ end and supported by a custom chromed sissy bar with a custom 2 piece seat. New wiring through out including 12-volt solid state, battery eliminator/regulator; alternator system, head light with bullet tail/ brake lights, brakes switch and headlight hi-lo switch. Fuel tank: New duel gas cap fuel tank, approximately 2.5 gal. with two new 90 degree stop valves and reinforced clear hoses. Just install your own throttle cable, Joe Hunt magneto (or stock ignition setup), with a new headgasket to this fresh rebuilt engine.
