Vehicle Detail
Here is a 1993 TOYOTA MR2 TURBO 5 SPEED W/T-TOPS ready for the summer. I have had this car for _8_ Years and have only put maybe 6000 miles on it. I have always had a work vehicle so I only drove it when I could find time to. My wife told me that it wasn't a family car, but it is fun. When I bought this car (on eBay) I had big plans for it. I started with fixing anything that was wrong and doing it's 90,000 mile maintenance; NEW oil, coolant, plugs, wires, timing belt, also a new AC compressor. Eibach PRO springs, Drilled and slotted rotors, Rims and tires, NEW Radio and Custom Amp and Speaker boxes (fiberglass). I did have 2 AEM digital gauges on the A pillar but sold them to someone already trying to get some of my money back. I do still have the gauge pod and it will come with the car. There are things that still need to be done to get the car back to 100% - Drivers seat needs a new cover, Paint has a few scratches (its 21 years old). The body is solid no dents or rust, Rear spoiler has been removed and trunk holes welded and blocked, Carpet is ok, tired but no holes/ NON SMOKER, Carbon Fiber on the doors is VINYL and can be removed; doors are fine under the vinyl. I haven't been driving the car since November, when I got my 2014 Jetta Sportwagen S. I do still go out and start it from time to time and drive it to the store or around the golf course. I would change the oil and bleed the coolant system to make sure there is no air in it before any trips. I have found that these cars with the mid engine and the radiator in the front are prone to getting air in them causing the temp to spike up and down because of air bubbles in the system. Last time I took it to the dealership and had it inspected was 10/15/12 and drove it 600 miles since then; but had oil changed and coolant system flushed. I love the car but I have started a new business; a new car payment and too many other projects to finish. I'm going to take a loss on this I know. I have it listed to sell fast so if you like it act quick. I paid $7000 for the car and another $3500 invested and I have stopped spending on this one. I will look @ all offers and the best one will take it home. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges and no warranty comes with this vehicle. Anyone who is interested in this car is more than welcome to come and see the car and we can go for a test drive. (NO JOY RIDES) $500 deposit it required within 48 hours of auction end.
