1973 Mercedes 450sl Roadster --- Runs, drives and stops well. Removable hardtop / Soft top. Short bumpers unique to 1972 - 1973. Pre smog! This 41 year old Mercedes Roadster is a good solid classic, ready to restore or drive or both. Headlights work, taillights work, brake lights work, dash lights work, park lights work, turn signals work, all gauges work, heater works, wipers work, tires are almost new, brakes in great condition, runs cool, suspension and steering are tight. Tank is full - ready to roll. Has some surface rust on the edged of the hard top (just cosmetic) Soft top has stitch separation below the plastic window and the canvas but still keeps the rain out of the car (a replacement top is around $275.00 on eBay). Runs a little rich when cold but clears up after the car is warm. Paint is fair. This timeless classic is a joy to drive and gets plenty of complements. Low reserve!
