This Auction is for a 1955 Chevy Belair 2-door Sedan“Project”..... True barn find. New metal was welded in by previous owner before parked in the barn. Replaced was LH and RH full length floor pan metal and the under body braces “see in pics”, Inner and outer rocker panel sections LH and RH were also replaced.Under the Chevy will need undercoated to protect the New metal that has been done. The trunk floor is one area that is still original and will need some metal work done during the restoration process. Some parts are missing,no seats...etc but available through many companies like 55-57 Danchuk etc... 55 Danchuk parts book included with this project. Has a good front radiator support and not cut on like most rad. Supports. This 55 Chevy looks real good for it’s age. Not a perfect Chevy, but a great start for a project. This Chevy will need more metal work around the rear window...the bad was cut out. Bodywork/ paint needed as well. Comes with rear window used original replacement metal. “See pic”This 55 needs 100% restored, Its a project and sold as is, no sugar coating the new owner, it is what it is.... A project for the one who always wanted a 55 Chevy to build your way. Lots of the welding has been done. This 55 is a mechanic’s dream.
