I got this to use as parts for another project I never got around to. I was told it ran, but kept plugging fuel filters and burning up fuel pumps, but I have never tried starting it. Does have surface rust, and a couple of rust holes in front of the rear wheel wells. I do not have the title for this, as it was bought as parts, and I am selling as a parts vehicle, what you do with it is up to you. There is a process which I could get a title, but would be unable to sell it for 180 days. Depending on what your state laws are, you may be able to get a title. On May-08-14 at 13:12:38 PDT, seller added the following information: Put a battery in it today and squirted some ether in it, and it fired right up...just not getting any gas so it dies. So, it will run with a little work.On May-10-14 at 09:06:19 PDT, seller added the following information: I have now cancelled the local sale, and will let it sell here. I received the van from a friend about 5 years ago or so...he had it for a couple years. But when it kept plugging fuel filters and would not stay running, lost interest and never transferred the title into his name, and then lost the title. The last time it was registered was in 2000. I had the local Sheriff's department do a VIN inspection and got the title holders name, and am waiting to hear back from them to see if they will apply for a lost title for me, so I am thinking I will be able to supply the title after all.
