1973 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ55 - NO RESERVE This Land Cruiser runs well, but currently needs a battery, could use a new carb, good tires, a headlight and needs the brakes fixed. It has new brake drums and shoes, but my guess is that the wheel cylinders are leaking or need adjusted as it takes several pumps to get a response.There is no leaking from the master cylinder. This land cruiser is mostly original including the original land cruiser steel wheels. The original front bench seat is not there. The exhaust has been recently replaced and the shocks look new. The windshield and glass is in tact without any cracks. The body has the typical FJ55 rust. The previous owner started to work on the body some, but I think it would take a lot of work if you wanted to make this thing perfect (see pictures). The previous owner removed the tailgate window and window motor to work on the body work on the tailgate. I am not sure if the window motor works, but all parts are in a bag and labeled. The floor pan in front of the rear seat has been cut out and currently there is a piece of plywood in its place. The interior is there but a little rough.The headliner has been removed. For someone who is mechanically inclined, and does not care about the condition of the body, this could make a decent trail rig. I thought about fixing it up for that purpose, but do not have the time. The parts alone are worth way more than the starting price.I would prefer not to part it out. The buyer should expect to trailer this rig home. It cannot be driven currently due to the battery, brakes, and carb is not being hooked up. This rig is sold 'AS IS' with no warranty. Clear title.
