It is a 1990 Mustang Convertible with a, no expense spared, list of performance and custom modifications. I bought this car in 2004 from a friend of mine. He had the very basics done, and then it became an addiction that I am finally read to part with. The build has been done over the past 8 years but the car has only been driven about 1000 miles. None of my cars have ever seen a drag strip, I just build them for fun and I take them to local cruise nights and the shore during the summer. This has been one of my favorites but I just never use it so I decided maybe its finally time to let it go. Below is a list of the modifications done. I am sure I forgot many things but this is the meat and potatoes of it. My loss really is someone's incredible gain here, I just feel bad seeing it sit under a cover. There are a few small things left that I wanted to do if I were going to keep it but all are just simple cosmetics. I wanted to paint the engine bay black but never got around to it, and also I was going to put racing seats and harnesses in. Obviously this isn't necessary but I just figured I'd pass on my "to do" list for the car if I kept going with it. This is not something I need to sell so please don't make lowball offers. No representations or warranties are made by seller, nor are any representations or warranties relied upon by bidders in making bids. 8) Taxes and Registration fees: Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for vehicle to be titled and registered. Vision Custom Car and Stereo does charge a processing fee for all title documents in order to cover charges we pay to the state as well as other fees incurred during the process. For Out of State (Non-NJ Resident)that fee is $250 for all vehicles. These fees are non-negotiable. This fee includes a 20 Day Temporary Tag and processing. New Jersey Residents are required to pay $325 in fees for registration and titling. This price difference is due to the state of NJ raising their prices. NJ Residents are also required to pay 7% Sales Tax at our location at the time of sale. Non-Residents are not subject to the NJ Sales Tax. 9) Title Information: Vehicles titles may be held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments up to 21 days from the time we pay a vehicle off. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. If payment is made by cashier's or personal checks we will hold all titles for 10 days or until funds have cleared. 10) Shipping & Delivery: All shipping charges are buyer's responsibility, unless otherwise specified in the auction. Vision Custom Car and Stereo LLC will help with shipping arrangements but will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage! All shipping arrangements are made via 3rd Party Liscensed Broker. Licensed Carriers are generally insured for $3,000,000.00.
