Runs well; does not burn oil. Rust free. I take on long trips periodically. I was told that the previous owner rebuilt the upper half of the engine, but I cannot confirm. Transmission shifts properly. A/C works but heat does not. Paint has nice shine throughout; no bad spots. Exterior has a few minor dings that are difficult to see, but probably better than most 5-year-old cars. Small nick in rubber center piece on front bumper. Leather and dash are good with the exception of some wear on the driver's seat outside edge from getting in and out. New struts (front) and shocks (rear) installed; have new CV joint that will go with car. Hard top is in good condition with excellent paint/clearcoat. Convertible top in good condition; no holes or tears. Some threads loose on edges in a few places, but top and headliner are in good condition with no leaks. As you may know, the body was hand assembled by Maserati in Italy. 1991 was the last model year for this collectible. I have mixed feelings about selling it, but I have a camaro I want to restore and cannot justify keeping both.On Apr-25-14 at 06:56:56 PDT, seller added the following information: Stereo upgraded to Kenwood CD with AM/FM and new speakers.
