Vehicle Detail
You are checking out a 2002 Triumph Bonneville America bobber. This is what I have done to this bike. -Removed California emissions box -Removed air box and installed K&N pod filters -Replaced stock pipes with cocktail shaker pipes which are baffled for a little back pressure but not much for sound because it has a loud growl! -Adjusted carburetors with larger main and primary jets along with new needle jets and springs -Replaced ball bearings in stem with All Balls roller bearings -Installed Avon Venom tires which currently have 90%+ tread on them -Had the electrical system professionally rebuilt. The main wiring harness has been removed along with the turn signals, horn, dummy lights, kickstand switch, high beam, key tumbler, and the necessary wiring replaced with thick gauge wires. The bike is turned on by a switch and a start button. -The battery has been moved to the center of the frame and has a handmade battery box holding it which also where the start button and switch is. -I handmade the taillight with the body of an electric fan and a beehive lens. -The stock levers and switches have been replaced with simple clutch lever only on left and master cylinder w/lever on right. -Rear view mirrors are clamp on and tinted blue and placed on the underside of bars. -The speedometer has been lowered one inch. -various covers and foot peg mounts have been powder coated satin black. Check out a video of this bike run at http://youtu.be/ocKlnr07UXM I rode this as a daily rider and love this bike. The issue I have had lately is that it will conk out after sometimes when I stop at red light or sign. It was running fine for 9 months tuned the way it is but just recently started doing this. A box of various main, pilot, and needle jets for the CVK carbs that will come with the bike along with a repair book and a spray can of K&N filter oil. Both cylinders have strong compression. I bought another motorcycle and I can't afford to put money into two bikes. Please ask any questions you want so it is clear what you may bid on. I hate to see it go and wish for someone to take it off my hands and enjoy it as much as I have.
