For auction is a 1990 Ford F-150 extended cab, long bed, 2 wheel drive with a 302 cid (5.0L) V8 engine and automatic overdrive transmission (AOD). The interior and exterior are in great shape, given the age of the truck. It runs and drives fairly well and requires a little work to be perfect such as a tune up, exhaust gasket replacement, and PCV hoses and valves. The transmission was professionally rebuilt and installed by a local Ford dealership about a year ago. The wheels and tires were also purchased and installed about a year ago. The brakes could use some adjustment as they tend to lock up the rear wheels if pressed hard, but they stop the truck just fine. The shocks, suspension parts, and wheel bearings will probably need to be replaced in the near future. The truck has working dual fuel tanks. The air conditioning was removed and replaced with a by-pass pulley. The engine does leak a small amount of oil when parked, as can be seen in the above picture (not sure from where, runs and drips off oil pan toward the rear). - New parts that have recently been installed include fuel filter, battery, alternator, radiator (heavy duty, 2 inch core), driver side power window motor, engine mounts, throttle position sensor, and 3 freeze plugs.
