This is a certified pre-owned vehicle. I bought this car on April 13th, 2013 and now I am selling this because I need money. The car price includes a $ 2700 maintenance warranty which includes free oil change, brake service and other maintenance till 100K miles !! The car was bought from Fremont BMW dealer for a total value of almost 33K and the mileage was about 36K when I bought it. The carfax is clean and I havent had any collisions etc in this time period. It is a very good deal considering the same car from the dealer will be sold for much more. Please note that I will require full payment for title transfer. Other similar cars are selling by dealers for 24995 with NO MAINTENACE WARRANTY ... For BMW, you definitely need a maintenance warranty which costs 2700 - 3000 and hence the price to you will be easily 28 K, however, you get all this for 22.5 K.
