I am selling my 1974 VANGUARD CITICAR made in Florida, it is a classic car and really fun to drive. Everywhere I've driven it people love to talk about how cool it is. But it needs help! The car had a hard winter it was stored out in the cold and all the batteries froze and are no longer in the car, some of the ABS cracked and a stone hit the windshield causing it to crack. I have no ideal of the miles but the OD is just under 5000. As far as I know the car is original, hub caps still show the logo. The last time I drove it everything seemed OK but it needs brakes batteries and some TLC. This car is sold as is. The car needs to be picked up, I will not ship. Like I said, people love this little all american car and will bid without thinking about how to pick it up. So please only bid if you have a plan. Thanks.
