Up for auction is this great 1952 Chevrolet Styline Deluxe sedan. This is a very unique car. The "Junkyard Refugee" was built using a aged 52' Chevy body and then everything mechanically was updated. The car features a Completely rebuilt 59' Chevy truck 235 6cyl with Fenton headers with a dual glass pack exsaust. It's very loud! and has a great hopped up 6 cyl sound!! The transmission is a Borg Warner T-5 5 speed. The rear is a 55' Chevy with 3:36 gears. With the overdrive transmission and the high gears this car is great for long road trips! This 52' also has a great working heater and defrost. It runs and drives excellent! The outside of this Chevy was left to look aged with great patina. The worst of the rust on the exterior has been patched with replacement panels and was done to look like it has been that way for many years. The underside has been repaired with all new floors and rockers so the car is safe and roadworthy. Also for safety and reliability the entire electrical system has been completely replaced including a very good American Autowire wire harness, All new gauges, And an Optima battery. This car also features the period correct circa 1964 Mickey Thompson Radar wheels. This car has over 7,000 proven miles since it's rebuild! The car is a many time rat rod class trophy winner!
