The Details; This 1969 Corvette Roadster has a believed no-hit original glass body that was repainted several years ago. Excellent panel fit and with nice tight gaps a rarity to see. This Vette sits just right and if you measure the fender well height they are the same at all four corners it simply has a great stance. At some angles you can see the factory rivets (hard to see in pix) in the front nose slightly raised typical of an original factory untouched nose. Inner fender lips are good. Doors open and close easily push-in exterior handles work. Glass is in nice original condition. The black paint has nice gloss luster that is a 10 footer driver paint. The big block hood was added and it certainly makes a statement this Corvette look like its flexing its muscles. All the chrome, stainless trim, emblems remain in very nice preserved original condition. The factory optional chrome luggage rack is in excellent shape. It has a very nice newer black convertible top which fits snug latches are good. Also included is the rare factory original Hardtop which goes on easily latches are good and looks great when its on the car. Its in nice condition w/nice stainless, glass etc. The period correct slotted Aluminum wheels w/Chrome Corvette spinners with wheel locks really have a terrific old school look. It has nice chrome side exhaust pipes as well that sound awesome. The original black interior is excellent its never been restored. It is a testament to the care given over the years. Little things all work even the key buzzer, even the fiber optic lights work, directional signals & brake lights work, headlights work & go up and down smoothly, wipers work, original gauges are clear and they work, tachometer works, speedo works, blower motor works for heat & defrost, has its original AM-FM Delco radio, rear storage compartment light works, console is excellent, original factory steering wheel is excellent, dash is excellent, optional headrest black bucket seats are really nice w/shoulder harness seat belts, carpets are in nice shape, door panels are very nice and more. Under the hood is its excellent running nom 350 V-8 with period correct casting block #3970010 with tasteful extras in chrome added as shown, some original factory stickers present very nice to see. The Frame/chassis is excellent straight solid and clean. Spare was in the carrier unused nubs still on the tire. The very rare hard to find items its original jack and jack handle with factory seal on it were never used and are included as pictured. This Corvette really turns heads. The Mechanics; The heart of this 1969 Corvette Roadster is its low mileage excellent running low mileage GM crate 350 V-8 (cast # 3970010) engine with Holley 4 barrel carb. Aluminum intake, GM HEI electronic ignition that makes it easy to start hassle free, new radiator & upgraded fan, many under hood wear out items replaced. Its mated to its factory 4 speed transmission that has really nice clutch that is super smooth and easy to push in transmission shifts smooth as glass and no problem for even the ladies to drive this Corvette. The rear is the 12 bolt posi-traction with factory highway gears. The chrome side dual exhaust. The brakes were all recently redone. New front shocks recently installed and I have new rear shocks which are included in the sale, power four wheel brakes are redone and stop smoothly. The mechanics are really in excellent condition on this Corvette jump right in and cruise. The performance is awesome and will leave you with a smile on your face once you've driven it.
