Selling a 1968 Jeepster convertible. Low miles - 26,780. Vehicle is a V-6 with automatic transmission. Very nice vehicle. Interior is new condition. Runs and drives great. No rust on body, only rust is surface rust on chrome only (see pics). History: Purchased car from body shop in California. At the time I was told that the owner of the shop had bought the vehicle from the grandkids of the original owner who had passed away sometime prior to 2006. He purchased the vehicle in 2006 from Big Bear, CA., according to the people he purchased the vehicle from, the story is that the vehicle was purchased new in Riverside, CA. in 1968 and taken to a cabin in Big Bear and garage-kept / driven for 38 years, hence the low miles. Since 2006, vehicle was not driven and left in the body shop showroom until 6/2013 at which time I purchased it. The only thing done by the body shop was exterior paint and interior.
