This is a very original, running and driving 1964 1/2 Ford Mustang. It retains it's original D code 289 and C4 auto trans. This classic Mustang has been in extended storage. Low original miles. A replacement fuel tank has been installed. The car runs great, shifts as it should, turns and stops well. The interior is original and shows very well. There are some separations in the vinyl seams. The headliner is also original, and has a hole or two in it. The wipers, lights, heater, radio, etc all function properly. This car has been repainted once in its original color. If restoring this car, bodywork will be required in both rear fenders, and the right front fender. The original vinyl top would need replaced. Please see pictures. The outside rear view mirror is missing the glass piece. The driver's side armrest is missing. The battery is new. Generator functions as it should. Doors, trunk and hood all open and shut with ease. All in all, this is a very original and complete early Mustang that could be driven and enjoyed as-is or restored. Buyer is responsible for shipping or picking up the car. ZIP 68959.
