Its hard to find a Land Cruiser in this condition, from 1984. This FJ60 must have spent the majority of its life in California or Arizona, it is in great shape. It has all four of its original Factory Mud Flaps, and yes they are attached with the original hardware ! We purchased it in SLC a little over a year ago. We have upgraded the ignition system with a DUI Distributer and "fire-wires" from DUI. A little hotter spark plug, some carburetor work and adjusted the valves. Now she runs and drives like a Cruiser should. The previous owner had replaced the suspension with an Old Man Emu complete kit and this Cruiser rides nice, both on and off the blacktop. She has plenty of miles on the odometer, but they must be all highway because she is still running strong. This Cruiser is a fine example of how durable a properly maintained Cruiser can be. The interior is in good shape. The front seats should be recovered and the dash has a hole/crack in the speaker panel. All lights are in working order and the electrical system appears to be original and "un-molested" . We have owned 4 or 5 FJ60's over the years, and this one is in the best shape we have ever owned. It appears to have had regular service and garaged, all its life. The paint was original and the previous owned did a good job in keeping it clean. We felt it was time for a bit of a "make-over" so we had it painted this winter. the entire body was sanded, sealed and painted its original color.
