1966 Chevy Impala Fastback. This is a "hot" looking car that gets compliments wherever it is seen. Originally came with the 327 engine. Now has a 454 Big Block. Over $5000 in engine alone, including all new internal parts. Heads have been ported and polished. High Energy Competition Cams cam (CB 270H-10), and Holley 750 CFM carburetor power the engine. The engine has less than 500 miles on the rebuild. The suspension has been completely rebuilt with new upper and lower control arms, coil springs and shocks. Additional new items include front end steering unit, power steering box, starter, alternator, water pump, fuel pump, and fuel tank. This is an original Alabama car, that now resides in Florida, so rust is not a factor. I am not the original owner, but purchased the car in 2005 from the Alabama owner.The body is straight, and to the best of my knowledge has never been in an accident. There is a small scratch/dent on the passanger door, that should be easily fixable at minimal cost. The enterior has new leather covering, carpeting, and headliner. The seats do need new springs and cushions. This is a fine looking car that could be a show car with minor work and money. I hate to part with it, but the wife says "it goes or you go".
