Wow! Your looking at a gorgeous Porsche Cayenne Twin Turbo V8!! YES, its a Twin Turbo. The vehicle was ahead of its time (Notice all 2012-2014 specialty cars have twin turbo now!) Super charged was the big thing but the gas mileage was too low, Turbos give you the best of both worlds. It's a joy to drive!! It has all the bells and whistles, Low mileage, mechanic owned, California vehicle, etc...P.S: This Porsche Cayenne needs nothing.
