1968 Camaro RS/SS Coupe Rare low mileage, matching numbers, date code correct 295 HP 350 engine, and matching 4 speed Munice transmission with correct 12 bolt positraction 3:31 ratio rear end. This car may be one of the best documented 68 RS/SS Camaros in the country with it's original Protecto plate and owner's manual signed by De Anza Chevrolet in Riverside, CA on 12/22/67. I also have service records going back 40 years ago, and the car has only 50,138 on it now. The exterior color is Cardovan Maroon with black vinyl top and black bucket seats, 4 speed shift console with deluxe gauge package in console and in dash tic-tack clock. It still has the original mufflers and still sounds good like it did back in 68. There is no rust in floors or trunk pan and the paint is quite good for a 46 year old car. The White Wall tires are new with 50 miles on them. because the other tires were old. The original hub caps are very nice and very rare. Not many Camaros had these hub caps and I have a GM brochure ( that goes with the car) showing these hub caps. The white wall tires go nice with the RS white stripe on the front fenders adds to the over all appearance of this RS/SS Camaro. If you are looking for a really correct 68 RS/SS with lots of documentation and a good investment, this Camaro may be one of the best on the market today for sale.
