I purchased this car in Texas about 10 years ago with apx 99,000 mi. on it. I have since changed oil and filter every 3,000 mi. and never need to add any oil between oil change. Put Set of Bridgestone Potnza RE92 P165/65R13 tires which are the proper tire for this car. Put on new convertible top, sheep skin seat covers over very good upholstery, set of Corvair wire hub caps, Corvair Spyder emblems on fenders and trunk, with Corvair Turbo emblem on the hood, Installed new Pioneer FH-P5000MP AM, FM, Cassette, CD, MP3, Stereo, with 10 CD pioneer changer and Bose Speakers. On the freeway I get 43 mi./gal top down 45 mi/gal top up.
