2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8--6.1L Hemi V8, 420 Horsepower 420 ft/lbs torque. All-wheel drive. Automatic/tiptronic transmission. You are looking at a well maintained and extremely clean 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8. The Auto Check report is showing 2 owners, but this is an error (Most likely due to when I re-titled the car in FL). I am the only owner. It is a late build date 2006 model (June/06) ---Right before they started producing the 2007's, so age wise it is basically a 2007. I purchased it new in late August 2006 and have owned it since then. The Jeep has been daily driven and the majority of miles are highway miles. Premium fuel was always used and regular oil changes performed with Mobil 1 synthetic. The transmission and torque converter were replaced under warranty at 44k miles due to a factory defect, so there are only 80k miles on the transmission! Even though the Jeep was titled in IL for the majority of its life, it's been in Florida every year besides a year and a half. It's barely seen 2 winter's. The underbody is very clean. In reference to the accident report in the Auto Check, it was very minor and nothing to worry about. This was back in 2007, I was sitting at a stoplight and was bumped into by the lady behind me. The rear bumper cover was bent in a little bit and the left rear reflector was damaged. That's it, no contact to the exhaust pipes or anything like that. The rear bumper cover and reflector were both replaced. In fact, the damage was so minor that I took the original bumper cover from the body shop and was able to sell it. It will need new tires soon, but I have taken that into consideration in regards to the price. The new owner can pick out the tires he/she wants to use. I know tire choice is important to performance car enthusiasts. There is enough tread life left to drive it anywhere in the country. I replaced the battery a year ago with a Bosch brand and it still has two years left of free replacement (11/2015). I just changed the transfer-case fluid with factory fill, both differentials with Royal Purple gear lube, and a fresh oil/filter change with Mobil-1 synthetic/Mobil-1 extended performance filter. This Jeep is ready to go! The Jeep is stock. The only things to mention are front window tint (to match the rear), LED dome lights, K&N air filter, and a shorter antenna.
