BMW E30 RARE M TECHNIC BRONZIT CONVERTIBLE - STRONG RUNNER We are extremely proud to offer for your kind consideration an exceptional 1987 325i convertible which is fitted with an M Technic body kit, apparently from new. The Bronzit colored special edition has very nice Recaro type full leather sport seats which function properly. The steering wheel is different from any I am familiar with - a Beemer gear head who was admiring the car proposed that it is a "Momo", but I have not confirmed that suggestion. It does provide a comfortable grip and the sport handling sought by most enthusiasts while looking superb! The car runs and drives exceptionally well - very tight and imminently responsive. I accidentally got up to 90 mph while coming back to Las Vegas from California recently. Mileage is reported as shown but odometer is inop. Cruise control works, as do windows, stereo, and door locks. Only real negative to report is the rear plastic window has been surgically removed due to its cloudy condition. The original canvas top is quite serviceable, but does have minor cosmetic flaws. I would prefer a Chocolate top as opposed to the factory provided Black, but that decision will be deferred to the new owner. California plates are valid through May 2014 and go with car.
