This 1947 Continental Cabriolet is a Classic Car Club Full Classic. Finished in Black, it has red leather upholstery and a tan top. The exterior is distinguished by standard rear wheel skirts. Whitewall tires are set off with hub caps and bright trim rings. It has been consistently and sympathetically maintained while being driven with care. Recognized by the Museum of Modern Art in 1950 as one of just eight automotive works of art and by the CCCA as a Full Classic. This is an automobile anyone will be proud to own drive and show. How many miles have you put on the car. 2 when was there any major work done on the car. 3 Has the engine been overhauled. 4 Has the transmission been overhauled 5 painted ? interior ? instruments ? radio ? 6 hydraulics----top----windows do they all work 7 is there any shop in the Morristown Area that has serviced the car. 8 maybe you cant tell me but sometimes a mechanic will mention that they notice where the car has damaged 9 If the bidding approaches your selling price I will have an inspection done before I pay for the car and have it shipped. Answers 1. 4 years under 10002,3,4. We had the engine and trans pulled and professionally overhauled and rebuilt. The work was completed by Kremers Auto in Tome River NJ5.The car was painted years ago before us and is very nice but not perfect there are three paint blisters on passenger door. Interior and instruments are near perfect. The radio is present but not currently working and i have never tried to use it. 6. The hydraulics all work.8.
