Sadly it is time to let go of this one of a kind truck. This is a 1985 Dodge d-350 that I built and restored for my late wife but sadly she passed away before I could finish it. I have completely finished the pickup now but I am getting remarried and it is time to let go of the past to start a new chapter in my life.Enough about that though. Lets get to the goodies!This pickup started out life in 1985 with a 360ci v8 gas engine and a torqueflight 727 3speed automatic with a dana 70 rear end and 4:10 gears. I purchased the pickup nearly 2 years ago and installed a 12 valve Cummins diesel, a Allison 1000 6speed automatic transmission ( yes the very same transmission used in current production Chevy and GMC pickups with Duramax engines), a Dana 80 limited slip rear end with 4:10 gears ( engine runs 1884 rpm at 70 mph), and new tires. The pickup has perfectly functioning OE cruise control, Ice cold A/C, AM/FM, CD, cassette player from later model dodge and an Isimple Iphone connection that charges your phone while you listen to it through the radio. This pickup is a real head turner and I get compliments everywhere I go but you can judge that for yourself from the pictures. I have put 10,000 miles on the pickup since I finished it so it does have a rock chip in the paint here and there but nothing abnormal. The one big flaw is a crack in armrest pad on the left rear door panel ( I just have not found a replacement yet and have not been willing to pay to have the original vacuum formed with new vinyl).The engine is all stock with new injectors and it runs beautifully, has no blowby, and starts right up every time just like you would expect a Cummins to do.If you have any questions please feel free to contact me via ebay messaging or call Jon at (903) 477-4508.
