This Corvette is very nice it has a beautiful DITZLER PPG General Motors PAINT CODE #117 black cherry metallic paint finish that looks so stunning it has no stress cracks or scratches on the entire car from the front bumper to the rear . These 1974 corvettes were very unique it was the only year for the rear split bumper a vertical center seam divided the two main sections. The bumpers are in great condition no cracks of any kind. This was the last year for the era for a true dual exhaust system which is in great shape and the first year for soft bumpers made out of urethane and for the first time the alarm activator moved from the rear panel to the driver-side fender. The original 350 engine runs great with no smoke or leaks number matching all the belts are new and it has a brand new alternator and a sears die hard battery the muncie 4 speed transmission shifts great the clutch is also in great shape with no slipping or chatter. This Black Cherry Beauty has a stunning paint and a beautiful body all seams on this corvette are the way they should be I can not emphasise how this paint finish looks wet, even when it is dry it is so deep and shiney. This Corvette has factory code J50 POWER BRAKES THAT WILL STOP YOU ON A DIME ALSO IT HAS N41 FACTORY POWER STEERING AND C60 FACTORY AIR CONDITIONING AND I BELIEVE IT HAS THE FE7 GYMKANA SUSPENSION PACKAGE. The tires are new they are mastercraft avenger gts 255/60/15 it also has a new power assist valve the headlights do go up and down the windows crank up and down as they should as also the wipers work as they should it has a very nice kenwood stereo system that sounds good. Also the undercarrige is very solid with no issues and the frame is in great condition. This Corvette is a real head turner and you will get complements anywhere you go it drives great at 20 mph to 100 mph it has plenty of power. All soft seals on the doors and around the t-tops are in great condition they seal very tight the keys lock and unlock the doors it also has the original chrome luggage rack in very good condition the previous owner did not like the rack on it and looks great with or without it. The interior is well above average the dash pad is perfect as is the carpet and console the door panels and seats plus the t~top covers and all of the console area also the rear compartment doors and carpet are in great shape. All the factory gauges tachometer and speedometor work as they should as also all the interior lights work. This Corvette has the original jack and spare tire and the original books it is an 84k actual mile car.
