1988 Chevy Pro Street Pickup Truck started its life as a 1988 one ton. Rear end is a narrowed 9 inch with new Detroit locker and Strange axles with a 4.10 gear ratio. Front suspension converted over to 1/2 ton parts with modified front lower A arms for lowering. Rear suspension is ladder bar with coil overs. Engine is a Gen V 454 big block out of a 1990 Suburban with a 488/510 cam. Intake manifold is an original Torker with offset mounting. Carb is a 800 Edlebrock. Trans is a built Turbo 400 with a 3,400 stall. Front clip is off the 1990 Suburban. Weld Racing wheels on all four corners. New Flowmaster 3 inch exhaust. Dash gauges replaced with all Autometer gauges. Truck still needs a lil finishing work. A/C at this time is inop. Need to replace lines. Also, door panels are out of the Suburban and has four window switches. Speedo does not work, needs cable. Passenger side door has small scratch in paint down to primer. Truck is painted with House of Colors Tangelo. Other than that it runs and drives excellent. If you have any questions, please call 847-331-0609.
