For Sale This is a nice restorable Oval Window Bug I have stored this car since 1986 This car was parked in the late 70's do to a leaky rear main seal It is as complete as I can make it, less the running boards I will be adding two NOS bullet turn signal lenses Not photoed is the front seat frames and the rear bumper It will need both bumpers replaced All four fenders are in good condition with a few dents and some cracks The hood will most likely need to be replaced The roof is good with some dents The rear "W" lid is nice with a few dents Both quarters are in nice condition. The left door is nice The right door has a rusty hole near the lower hinge Both doors open and close nicely The front apron is good and the rear "H" panel is nice All the glass is there and can be cleaned and used The windshield will need to be replaced The front suspension is complete and the trans. is there, condition unknown The 36hp motor would turn over when I first got it but I could not get it to move now but I did not try to force it, motor is complete less the coil All the interior will need to be replaced It has what looks like the original radio The sunvisor is nice but the rear view mirror will need to be replaced The floor pans will need to be replaced The heater channels look good but the top of the rockers where the carpet retainers are will need to be repaired I have about 80 VW's to sell as parts or whole.
