Triumph Bobber, 1978 Bonneville frame and engine, matching numbers. Frame is oil in frame with a +4" weld on hard tail. Stock front end with new fork tubes and seals, polished lower legs, stock disc brake, custom master cylinder. polished 21" DID flanged alloy rim with stainless steel spokes and Dunlop Trials Universal tire. Rear wheel is chrome, pre 1971, Triumph spool and brake with very rare 16" flanged alloy Borrani rim, stainless steel spokes and Dunlop K627 dual sport tire. Mechanicals include new Boyer solid state ignition, Tympanian rectifier, all new switches and wiring, new master cylinder, new petcocks, new fuel lines and filters, new rear chain, stainless braided brake line and new cables. Battery and electrics are rubber mounted. Engine is standard with 15,000 miles on the bottom end. The bore has been honed and new Hastings rings installed. The head has had a valve job done. Carbs rebuilt with new slides, needles and gaskets. Rear brake is on right side with custom cross over shaft. Polished primary, timing and outer trans covers and chrome, vintage, drag pipes. Finish is semi-gloss powder coat. Starts easy, no smoke, no significant leaks, runs strong. This bike was built for riding and fun. Mississippi title.
