Purchased this Corvair in 2008 as a project, and have lost storage space. The car is from California, and the typical Corvair rust areas are clean- rockers, doors, 1/4's etc. Buick (Range Rover) Aluminum 215, reverse running V8, all accessories and components present. Previous owner said engine ran, however I have never fired it. Engine is in stock location, connected to Corvair transaxle via Kennedy bell housing adapter. Powerglide trans. Trunk has aluminum radiator and electric fan, and plumbing runs through the rockers to the engine compartment. All glass is good, minor bodywork needed, but this is a rock solid body to start with. Door panels and carpeting are missing. Car is located in NW Chicago, and can be seen, just send an email. This car is a project and sold as-is, and will need to be towed. Clear title.
