Vehicle Detail

I bought this car with plans to restore it. Now it's time to give up the dream and sell it. NO RESERVE!..to complete the listing I had to pick Salvage for the title. This car will be sold with a bill of sale. If you want a clear NM title, I can get one for an additional $500.00...that's the cost of the title in NM with a little more for wrecker fees to get it to the inspector and back. My latest plan was to use this frame, engine, and 4 speed out of a TR4, and put my TR3 body on it...the TR4 Body and Chasis is listed seperately on EBay, as is the engine and transmission. Buying both of these would make an easy TR3 project. Time, money, and age have made me decide to sell all my projects. So this one is for sale. I will round up all the parts I have, and I have quite a few, and include them with the car. If you want a rebuildable engine, my oldest one is available cheap. It ran but smoked ... a lot! The one listed on EBay was rebuilt several years ago, but never run on the road...still turns freely and should be fine. These old tractor engines are tough! The pictures show most of the parts I have. I also have a dash, another fender, some of the cockpit moulding, and various other parts in boxes, on shelves, and of course, all those hanging on the wall. The car was a parts car for a friend's TR3 project. He was originally going to use the body and the cockpit area has been sanded and primed. The floors need replacing but I have the new ones to include. His body man had cut off one of the inner fenders and I have started welding it back on...there are dents at the front of the driver side inner fender, you can work these out with a hammer and dolly, or just assemble it as is, the rest of the sheet metal covers it when the body is assembled. Message me if you want any particular pictures or have questions. The car really should be put back on the road. I could have hung the doors, the fenders, and laid the boot and bonnet on the car and it would look like some of the projects selling for big dollars on EBay.Robert ...happy to answer any questions, please do not bid if you do not intend to pay.On Oct-18-13 at 12:28:10 PDT, seller added the following information: I added two pictures showing the fenders, doors, bonnet (hood), boot lid (trunk lid), spare cover, windshield, etc. They are hanging on my garage wall..and in boxes, and on shelves. Many parts are in bins on shelves. Also, the vin on the plate that was given to me with the car, unattached, is TS46843L....which should be correct for a 1959 TR3.
