It was purchased brand new October 3rd, 1987 from Penn Auto Plaza AMC/Jeep Inc. in Bloomington Minnesota for a grand total of $35,295.25 Comes with all reciepts since new, original window sticker, original paperwork and reciept, and orginal owners manual! Only 131,000 actual miles! 4.0L Inline 6 cylinder runs excellent. Transmission shifts perfect. 4x4 engages as it should. About 3,000 miles have been put on in the last 3 years. I would recommend doing minor things like a tune up and changing fluids; brakes are a litte soft. This Jeep is completely original and in excellent condition. The paint is still glossy and shines brilliantly. There is a decal that was put on both sides of the Jeep, but could easily be removed. There is a small amount of rust bubbling on the right rear quarter panel. Otherwise there is no rust in any of the door jams. The undercarriage is in excellent condition as well. All doors open and close perfectly. The interior is in beautiful condition. There are no rips or tears in any of the leather. There are no stains in any of the carpets except for a small stain in the rear cargo. The dash and plastics throughout the interior are next to perfect. No scuffing or scaring. Most importantly NO discoloration or fading. This Jeep is fully loaded with power windows, power locks, dual power seats, leather interior, and an upgraded sound system from the factory. Cruise control does not work. Heat and AC both work perfect. All interior and exterior lights work perfect. If you are a Jeep enthusiast, you know how special and incredibily difficult it is to find a Cherokee like this. You will not be disappointed in this well kept jeep.
