For sale, AS IS, 1974 Porsche 914. The engine is a 2.0 with a big bore kit which makes it a 2.2L, it has an aftermarket cam and dual weber carbs. This thing was quick. It has close ratio gears in the transmission, 5 speed manual. It is lowered with Bilstein struts and aftermarket sway bars. It was being built by the previous owner for autocross. It has aftermarket VDO gauges. The paint is old, and there is some rust in the floorboards. It has the removable targa top, and some weatherstripping will need replaced. The alternator needs replaced, but it comes with a new one, along with an assortment of other misc. parts. It does not run as the carburetors need rebuilt, but I did drive it for a year, before they went bad. The car is well balanced in that it is a mid-engine. The tires have well over 75% tread life left. It has an aftermarket dual exhaust on it, great candidate for a restoration, or with a little would be a good driver.
