Hi, For sale is my 1968 CB 160, bought in Nov. 2011. I rode it all summer of 2012 and restored last winter. The bike was completely disassembled and every part and bolt was either cleaned, polished,powdercoated, or painted. Here's the details: The frame, gas tank, headlight bucket and any other Honda Red was powdercoated. It is not an exact match for purists, but very durable and would serve as an excellent primer if you wanted to change to original red, white or black. Looks great. The side covers and fenders were repainted at a high end resto shop in three stage paint/clear. Engine was cleaned and repainted. New clutch,clutch springs, oil seals, gaskets, stainless bolt kit and polished covers. All new NOS cables except for speedo cable which has stainless cover applied. New NOS seat($400.00) and tailight. New fork seals, oil. New Shorai Lithium Ion Battery. Rims have been powdercoated silver, new spokes, and AVON Roadrider 3.1 tires front and rear. Polished hubs. New NOS foot, shift, and kickstart rubber. Exhaust headers have been ceramic coated and aftermarket exhaust pipes. The original exhaust pipes could not be saved and believe me I tried!! Carbs rebuilt with new intake gaskets. Used original jets as the kits can be mis-sized. All in all a great bike that runs flawlessly. No Leaks.. Starts with electric every time, most times without barely choking. Compression was over 150 when I got it so I did not rebuild top end. That is the only thing not restored. Has aftermarket handlebar(original included with sale) I am looking at larger bike to restore so she needs a new home. Paypal deposit of $500.00 due 24 hours after auction end. I WILL relist if this condition is not met. Balance due within 3 days.Not to be a difficult either.... I just want to make sure everything is done timely.
