I was/am in the middle of building up a 40 coupe and this followed me home. It was on the road until '01 when the owner parked it. I got it running after changing oil, plugs, wires, etc and it is a smooth running stock 350 Chev with 4sp. /Hurst shifter. Chevelle 12 bolt rear with factory arms locating it to the chassis. Disc brakes on stock front axel. VERY 70s/80s in its details. Interior is in good shape(inside trunk also has upholstery)- rugs need changing/dye---they are pink!!! Other details can be smoothed out or adjusted to taste. It runs, drives and is a very solid body and cool in its own way. Trunk floor does not look original but the rest of the floors do. No billet but not 50s or 60s either. A rough and tumble old hot rod. I have taken it on short rides around the area. Goes down the road smoothly and feels like it just want to be run again. Feels like a close ratio gearbox, You can have fun as is or take it in some other direction(-go back to a flathead or detail the engine to look like a 283). It comes with an extra dropped front axel(Ford) to get the nose down a bit. There are several things I would do if I was to keep it--like extend tailpipes to end of bumpers---add a speedometer cable---hook up the original gauges-maybe coil-overs or leafs instead of coils---small stuff. Currently registered in NY in my name so it comes with a transferable NYS reg and a notarized bill of sale. Call me ( John) if you want more details 845-266-5304. .
